California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Notice for California Residents
This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice ("CCPA Notice") applies to California residents and supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy. This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.

Right to Know

- The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out
We do not sell personal information. However, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information if we were to do so in the future.
Right to Non-Discrimination

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.
Verification Process
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may require written proof that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
